E and I went to a Snow Patrol concert on Friday night.

The concert was at Terminal 5, which is a remote location at midtown west.  It was already a bit late by the time we went home and got the car so we didn't get any food before the concert.

Since this was a general standing admission "only" concert, which means there were no seats, the only and the best thing we could do is to get drinks from the bar and position ourselves in the best spot of the whole place.

No bottle service, no food, no VIP treatment, this is definitely NOT something we do every night.
But we were there.  And we had a great time.

Sometimes all you need, is to do something with that special person.
And that's all you need.

(listening to the background music "Chasing Cars")

We don't need
Anything
Or anyone

If I lay here
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?

Sometimes love could be really complicated, but other times it could be really simple.
Sometimes all it takes is for the two of us to stand together watching the performance holding hands.
And that's all it takes.

That's love.
